Nightshift is a small Australian business based in Melbourne, Victoria.
What we collect
When you fill in our form we collect your name, email address, phone number, your business name and details about your business, along with any files you choose to upload such as logos, photos or documents.
Why we collect it
Only to reply to you, send your payment link, and build the website you asked for. We don't use it for anything else.
How it's stored
Submissions and uploaded files are stored securely in a private, access controlled database and file store. Uploaded files are not publicly accessible. Only Nightshift can view them.
Never sold or shared
We never sell, rent or trade your information. We don't share it with third parties except the service providers we need to operate — our email and hosting providers — and only for that purpose.
Access and deletion
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email hello@nightshift.au and we'll action it.
